The problem

Content that compounds needs volume and consistency, and both of those are exactly what a small team runs out of first. Outsourcing solves volume and destroys consistency. Doing it yourself solves consistency and destroys everything else you were meant to be doing that week.

What it does

The pipeline researches a topic, drafts against a brief, fact-checks its own claims against the sources it cited, scores the result, and publishes into live Shopify and WordPress systems. It has been running unattended for months across five brands.

How it works

The interesting part is the gate, not the writing.

Every draft is scored before it can publish. Under the bar, it does not go out. That inverts the usual failure mode of automated content, which is not that it writes badly but that it writes acceptably, constantly, forever with nobody reading it.

There is a second loop on top: an authority-measurement pass turns non-deterministic content performance into keep, scale, or kill decisions against quantitative thresholds. Budget conversations then run on numbers rather than on opinion.

What it produced

Six months on one brand, from a standing start: 569,000 impressions and 3,310 clicks. Those are Search Console’s numbers, not mine.
