A portfolio and writing site operated by Christian Mauerer, Naples, Florida. It describes work I have done and things I have learned doing it.

Browsing it creates no contract and no client relationship. Emailing me does not either, up until there is a signed agreement describing actual work. Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance, and any figures, timelines or scopes mentioned are illustrative of past work rather than a quote for yours.

The technical writing here describes what worked in a specific system, with its own constraints, on a particular date. It is offered as an account, not as a recommendation for your environment.

If you apply something from this site, you are responsible for testing it against your own setup first. Anything touching production systems, security posture, credentials or customer data deserves your own judgement and, where the stakes justify it, your own professional advice. That applies with particular force to anything involving an agent with write access.

The writing, images, code samples and design on this site belong to me unless credited otherwise. The Lovepixel and One with Tea names and marks belong to their respective companies.

You may quote from the articles with attribution and a link, share links freely, and use the short code snippets in your own projects without asking.

Please do not republish whole articles elsewhere, present the work as your own, or use the content or the images to train a model that reproduces it as if it were yours. Machine reading for search and answer engines is welcome and explicitly permitted in robots.txt; wholesale republication is a different thing.

The site is provided as it is. I do not warrant that it will be available without interruption, that everything on it is current, or that it is free of errors. Articles are dated, and an older one may describe a tool or a platform behaviour that has since changed.

External links point at sites I do not control and am not responsible for.

To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for loss arising from use of this site or from anything you build after reading it. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, in which case those parts simply do not apply to you and the rest still stands.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. If a provision turns out to be unenforceable, the remainder survives.

These terms can change. The date at the top of this page is the date of the current version, and there is no separate archive of previous ones. Material changes to what the site collects are reflected on Privacy in the same commit that makes them.

This page is written to be clear rather than to be exhaustive. It has not been drafted by a lawyer.
